| “The electronic version of MOHOST is a quicker, more effective way of recording the assessments and outlining a treatment program. It helps to clarify the results of the assessment and presents them in a professional manner. Results can be easily interpreted so that the OT can move forward with a suitable plan of intervention. Finally, it provides an easy to understand evidence base to justify interventions.” Jill Blount, (Learning disabilities) |

The current version of e-MOHO includes one MOHO assessment- the Model of Human Occupation Screening Tool (MOHOST). Within e-MOHO, you can complete the MOHOST electronically. This electronic documentation and treatment-planning tool also allows therapists to edit the rating criteria of the MOHOST to create initial, progress and discharge assessments for individual clients quickly. Automatic generation of qualitative comments can be easily edited to personalize client reports. e-MOHO can produce two versions of MOHOST final reports, a brief summary form or a detailed narrative. Within e-MOHO you can also quickly create treatment goals. The system has a master list of goals, which can be customized to reflect goals commonly used in your practice. Once a goal is selected from this list, it can be edited further to better fit the particular client. e-MOHO is available using both British English and American English. e-MOHO encourages and reinforces evidence-based therapeutic reasoning and client centered practice by:
